Jen is my favorite kind of bride to work with: she had an awesome idea and she trusted me to bring it to life! Jen’s favorite band is The Beatles and they would be getting married at a venue called The Abbey, so she wanted to play off of the “Come Together” lyric. How creative! I watched “Across the Universe” on repeat for about a week while I was designing this suite, and I am not complaining! It’s one of my favorite movies. For Jen & Brian, I designed a ribbon-tied folding invitation with Beatles inspiration that’s still elegant and timeless. I LOVE the look of the striped ribbon playing off the stripes in our homage to Abbey Road. Every time I look at this invitation, my FAVORITE song from the movie starts playing in my head, “Love is old, love is new. Love is all, love is you”… Photos by That First Moment Photography.
